Frank Robert Flaspohler is a native of mid-Missouri, having grown up on a farm in Howard County, Missouri. He returned home after law school and opened a private practice in January 2011, initially located on the Courthouse Square above the Commercial Trust Building. Today, his office is located on the street in the former location of the Thurman Paint & Decorating store.

Frank is married to Kathryn Flaspohler, and together, they have five young children, Frankie K., Gracelyn, Abigail, Eleanor & Henry. They live on a small farm outside of Fayette, Missouri, where they raise Polled Hereford cattle, chickens and a few row crops. Outside of the office, Frank enjoys working on the farm with his family, and makes an annual trip to show cattle at the Missouri State Fair.
